AFFIN Holdings Berhad ("AHB") wishes to announce that AFFIN Leasing Sdn. Bhd. , a wholly-owned subsidiary of AFFIN-ACF Holdings Sdn Bhd which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHB, was placed under Member's Voluntary Winding-up on 19 August 2005 and had held its final meeting on 2 July 2012. AFFIN Leasing Sdn. Bhd. will be fully dissolved on 6 October 2012 i.e. after the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the return with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The dissolution of AFFIN Leasing Sdn. Bhd. would not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the AHB for the financial ending 31 December 2012. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of AHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said resolution.
