We refer to the announcements dated 27 February 2020, 27 April 2020, 6 May 2020, 10 July 2020, 17 July 2020, 28 July 2020, 2 September 2020 and 9 September 2020 in relation to the 2nd DRP.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the 2nd DRP has been completed on 10 September 2020 following the listing of and quotation for 93,770,974 new ABB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 September 2020.
With the listing of the said new ABB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of ABB is 2,079,791,097 ABB Shares.
