Affin Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the following documents of the Company are available at Affin Bank's corporate website (https://www.affinbank.com.my/):

1. Annual Report 2019 (“AR 2019”), which includes the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon; and
2. Corporate Governance Report 2019.

Notification on the availability of the AR 2019 will been sent via electronic mail to shareholders of the Company who have maintained their email addresses in the Record of Depositors with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.

For shareholders who have yet to provide their email addresses, there may be some delay in the delivery of the printed notification due to the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) announced by the Malaysian Government effective 18 March 2020 to 9 June 2020.

Upon request by shareholders for printed copy of AR 2019, it is anticipated that there may be delay in the delivery in view of the MCO. As such, shareholders are encouraged to download the AR 2019 from Affin Bank’s corporate website.

The date of the Company’s 44th Annual General  Meeting ("AGM) remains uncertain. Hence, the Notice of 44th AGM will be announced separately in due course.
