Affin Bank Berhad (Affin) wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary company, Affin Hwang Futures Sdn Bhd, which was placed under Members' Voluntary Winding-up and held its Final Meeting on 30 April 2019, was dissolved on 7 August 2019 i.e. after the expiration of three months from the date of the lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
