Reference is made to Affin Holdings Berhad (AHB) announcement dated 31 May 2011 in connection with the member's voluntary winding-up of Affin Capital Sdn Bhd (Affin Capital), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHB.

AHB wishes to inform that the Liquidators of Affin Capital had convened a Final Meeting on 31 May 2016 to conclude the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of Affin Capital. A Return by Liquidators relating to Final Meeting were lodged on 9 June 2016 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver respectively, and on the expiration of three (3) months after the said lodgement date, Affin Capital will be dissolved accordingly.
