The Board of Directors of AFFIN wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of AFFIN and/or its subsidiary companies in line with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 April 2016. Further details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be set out in a Circular to shareholders dated 25 March 2016 which will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 24 March 2016. |
