The Board of Directors of ABB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of ABB and/or its subsidiary companies in line with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 April 2019.
Further details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be set out in a Circular to shareholders which will be despatched in due course.
