We refer to the announcements dated 28 November 2018, 30 November 2018, 7 December 2018, 10 December 2018 and 22 January 2019 in relation to the 1st DRP.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that ABB has allotted and issued 43,071,576 new ABB Shares on 22 January 2019 pursuant to the 1st DRP. The said new ABB Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 23 January 2019.
With the listing of the said new ABB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of ABB is 1,986,020,123 ABB Shares.
