Affin Bank Berhad (Affin) wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary companies, Affn Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd and Affn Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd, which were placed under Members' Voluntary Winding-up and held its Final Meeting respectively, on 20 August 2018, were dissolved on 24 November 2018 i.e. after the expiration of three months from the date of the lodgment of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. 

Affin wishes to further announce that the following wholly-owned subsidiary companies, which were placed under Members' Voluntary Winding-up and held its Final Meeting respectively, had been dissolved upon the expiration of three months from the date of the lodgment of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia:-
