We wish to announce that the Thirty Sixth (36th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of AFFIN will be held at 13th Floor, Bangunan LTAT, Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur on Monday, 16 April 2012 at 10.00 a.m. Further, we refer to the announcement dated 23 February 2012 and are pleased to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") will also be held at the same venue on the same day at 11.30 a.m. or immediately after the conclusion of the AGM, whicever is later. Only members registered in the Record of Depositors as at 9 April 2012 shall be eligible to attend, speak and vote at the AGM and the EGM or appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote on their behalf. Please refer to the attached Notice of AGM and Notice of EGM. |
