Further to the announcement dated 2 August 2010, AFFIN Holdings Berhad ("AHB") wishes to announce that Merchant Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd ("MNTSB"), a dormant and wholly owned subsidiary of AFFIN Investment Bank Berhad, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHB which was placed under Member's Voluntary Winding-up on 30 July 2010 and had held its final meeting on 31 July 2015. It was fully dissolved on 7 November 2015 i.e. after the expiration of three months from the date of the return with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The dissolution of MNTSB would not have any material effect on the earnings or net assers of AHB Group for financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of AHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said resolution.
