The Board of Directors of AFFIN wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of AFFIN and/or its subsidiary companies in line with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at its forthcoming thirty-ninth (39th) Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 April 2015.
Further details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be set out in a Circular to Shareholders dated 27 March 2015 which will be despatched in due course.
