Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the announcements dated 22 January 2014, 14 August 2014, 18 August 2014, 19 September 2014, 22 September 2014 and 30 January 2015.
We refer to our announcement dated 30 January 2015 in relation to the Proposed Futures Transfer. Pursuant thereto, the Board wishes to announce that an Order from the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur was obtained on 12 February 2015 in respect of the transfer of the whole of the business, including all assets and liabilities of AHF to Affin Hwang IB, pursuant to section 139 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The Proposed Futures Transfer shall take effect on 28 February 2015.
