We refer to the announcements dated 7 April 2014, 14 August 2014 and 18 August 2014 in relation to the Proposed Fund Merger.

On behalf of the Board of AFFIN, AFFIN Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an Order from the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur was obtained on 25 August 2014 in respect of the transfer of the entire business, including all assets and liabilities of AFFIN Fund Management Berhad to Hwang Investment Management Berhad (“Proposed Transfer”), pursuant to section 139 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The Proposed Transfer shall take effect on 20 September 2014.
