Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the announcement dated 10 March 2014.

On behalf of the Board of AFFIN, AFFIN Investment wishes to announce that AFFIN had on 29 May 2014 executed an underwriting and management agreement with AFFIN Investment, RHB Investment Bank Berhad, Public Investment Bank Berhad, AmInvestment Bank Berhad and Credit Suisse (Malaysia) Securities Sdn Bhd (“Management and Underwriting Agreement”) for the underwriting of the remaining portion of 92,402,074 Rights Shares for which no undertaking is obtained, representing approximately 20.6% of the Rights Shares.

A copy of the Management and Underwriting Agreement will be made available for inspection at the Registered Office of AFFIN at 7^th Floor, Chulan Tower, 3 Jalan Conlay, 50450 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
