The Board of Directors of AFFIN wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of AFFIN and/or its subsidiary companies in line with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 April 2017. Further details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be set out in a Circular to shareholders which will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 30 March 2017. |
