On behalf of the Board of Directors of AHB, AHB wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya has on 13 December 2017 granted an order confirming the reduction of the Company’s consolidated capital and retained profits pursuant to Section 116(4) of the Companies Act, 2016 in relation to the proposed reorganisation of the AHB group of companies.
 
The Company will announce the Entitlement Date for the Proposed Distribution in due course.
