We wish to announce that AFFIN Group ("AFFIN" or "the Group") had on 27 November 2025 launched Yayasan AFFIN, aimed at driving long-term community empowerment, financial inclusion, and social well-being. In conjunction with AFFIN's 50th anniversary, this launch marks a major milestone and reaffirms the Group's unwavering commitment to sustainable growth and nation-building.

Yayasan AFFIN serves as the Group's central platform for creating positive and lasting impact across Malaysian communities, reflecting AFFIN's values and its belief that financial success must be matched with the social responsibility of giving back. The foundation is designed to deliver meaningful programmes focused on improving quality of life, expanding opportunities, and strengthening resilience among vulnerable and underserved segments.

Anchored on five strategic pillars: Community Support, Health, Education, Disaster Relief, and Environment, Yayasan AFFIN will steer the Group's long-term sustainability agenda and ensure that its initiatives remain purposeful, structured, and measurable.
