We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 27 September 2024 (“Announcement”) in relation to the Divestment. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply in this announcement.

Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (“LTAT”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Boustead Holdings Berhad (“BHB”), together with SG Assetfin Holdings Sdn Bhd ("SG Assetfin"), a wholly-owned special purpose vehicle of State Financial Secretary, Sarawak (“SFS”) have notified AFFIN BANK that the share transfer has been completed on 27 November 2024 following the execution of the direct business transaction pursuant to the Divestment.

Following the completion of the share transfer, the shareholdings of LTAT, BHB and SG Assetfin in AFFIN BANK are, as follows:
