We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 29 February 2024, 19 March 2024, 25 March 2024, 25 April 2024, 5 June 2024 and 12 June 2024 (“Announcements”) in relation to the 7th DRP. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply in this announcement.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the 7th DRP has been completed on 13 June 2024 following the listing of and quotation for 53,998,201 new ABB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 13 June 2024.
With the listing of the said new ABB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of ABB is RM5,488,543,515.73 comprising 2,400,486,539 ABB Shares.
