We refer to our earlier announcement dated 10 October 2023.
We wish to announce that the new series Tier 2 Sukuk Murabahah has been issued today. Details of the issuance are as follows:
Issue size: RM500.0 million Tenure: 10 years from the issue date on a non-callable 5 basis Profit rate: 4.66% per annum Rating: A1
The proceeds raised from the issuance shall be utilized for the general banking working capital requirements and business purposes of Affin Islamic, which shall be Shariah compliant.
