We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 13 July 2022, 29 August 2022, 30 August 2022, 9 March 2023, 7 April 2023, 18 April 2023 and 25 May 2023 in relation to the SGS (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply in this announcement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Affin, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the SGS has been implemented on 1 August 2023 which is the effective date for the SGS, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the SGS.
