Reference is made to the SGS which was implemented by the Company on 1 August 2023.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it has on 1 August 2023, made an offer of new ordinary shares in the share capital of Affin (“Shares”) to eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries (excluding dormant subsidiaries) under Affin’s SGS.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the by-laws governing the SGS (“By-Laws”), an eligible employee who accepts the offer shall be entitled to receive new Shares without further payment upon meeting the vesting conditions (which shall include performance targets) as determined by the committee governing the SGS (“SGS Committee”).
