We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 27 February 2023, 7 April 2023, 12 April 2023, 25 May 2023, 3 July 2023 and 11 July 2023 (“Announcements”) in relation to the 6th DRP. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply in this announcement.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the 6th DRP has been completed on 12 July 2023 following the listing of and quotation for 72,599,211 new ABB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 12 July 2023.
With the listing of the said new ABB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of ABB is RM5,371,043,430.35 comprising 2,346,488,338 ABB Shares.
