We refer to our earlier announcement dated 3 April 2023.
Based on confirmation received from Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (“LTAT”), ABB wishes to inform that LTAT had on 13 April 2023 divested 112,558,000 ordinary shares in ABB, representing 4.95% of the total issued shares in ABB for a cash consideration of RM1.97 per share totaling approximately RM221.74 million, to State Financial Secretary Sarawak via a direct business transaction.
