We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 13 July 2022, 29 August 2022, 30 August 2022 and 9 March 2023 in relation to the Proposed SGS (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply in this announcement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Affin, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the additional listing application for the listing of and quotation for up to 5% of the total number of Affin Shares (excluding treasury shares, if any) on the Main Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to the Proposed SGS has been submitted to Bursa Securities today.
