We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 13 July 2022, 29 August 2022 and 30 August 2022 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed SGS. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply in this announcement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Affin, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that BNM has, vide its letter dated 6 March 2023 (which was received on 9 March 2023), granted an approval for Affin to increase its issued ordinary share capital by up to 5% arising from the issuance of new Affin Shares under the Proposed SGS.
