We refer to the announcements dated 18 October 2022, 19 October 2022, 27 October 2022, 15 November 2022, 5 December 2022, 20 December 2022 and 29 December 2022 in relation to the 5th DRP (“Announcements”). (Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.) On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the 5th DRP has been completed on 30 December 2022 following the listing of and quotation for 61,559,377 new ABB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 30 December 2022. With the listing of the said new ABB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of ABB is RM5,245,446,795.32 comprising 2,273,889,127 ABB Shares. This announcement is dated 30 December 2022. |
