We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2022, 12 May 2022, 23 May 2022, 25 May 2022, 1 July 2022 and 7 July 2022 in relation to the 4th DRP.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the 4th DRP has been completed on 8 July 2022 following the listing of and quotation for 88,267,338 new ordinary shares in ABB (“ABB Shares”) on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 July 2022.
With the listing of the said new ABB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of ABB is RM5,131,561,947.87 comprising 2,212,329,750 ABB Shares.
