We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 18 May 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”).
With reference to Section 7 of the Announcement, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Affin, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to inform that the Proposals are not subject to the approval of the shareholders of Affin as the highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposals pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is below 25%.
