We refer to the above article appearing in The Edge, Page 4, on Friday, 28 January 2022, a copy of which is enclosed for you reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence(s) which are reproduced as follows:-

(a)    “Affin Bank Bhd is said to have clinched a cash deal to sell its asset management arm, Affin Hwang Asset Management Bhd (Affin Hwang AM), the banking group’s crown jewel”.

Please refer to the announcement by ABB on 28 January 2022 for further details on the proposed divestment of 7,000,000 ordinary shares in Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad ("AHAM"), representing 63% of the equity interest in AHAM, by Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABB.
