We refer to the announcements dated 26 February 2021, 2 March 2021, 8 March 2021, 9 March 2021, 10 March 2021, 12 April 2021 and 19 April 2021 in relation to the 3rd DRP.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of ABB, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the 3rd DRP has been completed on 20 April 2021 following the listing of and quotation for 44,271,315 new ordinary shares in ABB (“ABB Shares”) on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 20 April 2021.
With the listing of the said new ABB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of ABB is 2,124,062,412 ABB Shares.
