The Board of Directors of ABB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of ABB and/or its subsidiary companies in line with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 15 May 2018. Further details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be set out in the Circular to Shareholders which will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 13 April 2018 |
