| Contents | The Board of Directors of AFFIN, wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the renewal of shareholders’ mandate and additional mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of AFFIN and/or its subsidiaries in line with Paragraph 10.09 Chapter 10 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on 19 April 2010. A Circular to Shareholders setting out further details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders in due course. The Notice of the AGM together with the Form of Proxy are enclosed with the Annual Report of AFFIN for the financial year ended 31 December 2009. This announcement is dated 25 March 2010. |
