AFFIN Holdings Berhad (AHB) wishes to announce that all 12 ordinary resolutions set out in the Notice of AHB’s 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 31 March 2017 were duly passed by shareholders at AGM 41st AGM held yesterday, Monday, 24 April 2017. The voting on the 12 resolutions were carried out by way of poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by AHB.
